The expo itself ran on this. An AI receptionist answered every call in any language and wrote each one straight into the organiser's system, and a reporting agent summarised every day.
Nine in ten businesses use AI tools. Only one in ten is actually run by it. The gap between the two is the groundwork, and that is exactly where we start.
