Cyprus Property Week brought the island's property world together in Larnaca: developers, investors, agents, and the people who build for them.
Kyriaki Parmakki, co-founder of essere.ai, gave the talk "Foundation first. Then the AI.": CRM, sales, projects and tasks in one connected system, with an AI receptionist and a team of AI assistants on top. The room called Ciao, our AI receptionist, live from their seats.
What we covered
The phone that rings out at 20:00, the paperwork split across two phones, and the best agent spending the morning re-typing instead of selling. None of it is an AI problem yet. It is a foundation problem.
Put the foundation in first: CRM, sales, projects and tasks in one connected system. Then every AI assistant has somewhere to read from and somewhere to write to.
The room called our AI receptionist during the talk. It answers every call in 30+ languages, qualifies budget, area and timing, books the viewing, and writes the transcript and summary into the CRM.
Nobody typed anything. A lead in the CRM with the transcript attached, a viewing confirmed in the calendar, and a task with one owner and one date on the board.
Once the foundation is in: a chief of staff and the specialists it works with, running on routines. A 07:00 briefing, overnight outbound, a 19:00 report. They draft, you send.
